How We Work - The Process

We understand that your event is as unique as you are.

With our conscientious approach and passionate attention to detail, you can rest assured that we will create outstanding and lasting memories for both you and your guests.


Get in touch to see if we're available for your date - Email or our enquiry form is usually best as we are often out working our magic at a stunning venue.



At our initial contact we'll let you know if we're free for your date, find out which venue you've booked and see if you already have ideas of what you might like.




During your consultation at our studio in Warrington, Cheshire we'll discuss your ideas and vision for the day. We'll offer advice and suggestions to suit your style and venue. We'll look at pictures of things you like and discuss wedding colours. We'll talk about your ideal wedding flowers and play around with our decorations to get a feel for your day.

If you don't live local or aren't able to come for a consultation we can do this via email or over the telephone.



After your consultation we'll put together a quote for you with all the elements discussed.



A deposit/booking fee is required to secure your date. This is deducted from your balance. The deposit amount varies depending on the total cost of your order, the amount is stated on your quote.



You're welcome to get in touch with us over the months between booking and your wedding date to update your order/numbers, add any additional décor. Of course we always like to have a final consultation before the big day!



We liaise with your venue regarding set up times. All our work includes delivery, full set up and next day collection. We look after every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.


WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER? - We cover the majority of the North West - Cheshire, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, Preston, North Wales. As a guide -  approximately within 1 1/2 hours of our shop premises WA1 1XP.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS? - You can make payments via bank transfer, cash (at the shop only), debit card and credit card. Please note credit cards incur a 3% charge.

CAN I DIY HIRE? - We don't offer a DIY hire on our items. Our services are fully inclusive of set up only.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CEREMONY AND RECEPTION ARE IN THE SAME ROOM? - This is common at lots of venues so don't worry. There's usually already a process that your venue has and if required we can stay to turnaround the room. We will build this into your quote.

WHO WILL SET UP MY OWN ITEMS? - Quite often couples have their own items that they've purchased, like stationery/wedding favours etc. Most of the time your venue will do this for you. However if you prefer this is something we can do for you. Please ask us for a quote as the cost varies depending on the amount of items you have and how long it will take us.

WHAT DAYS CAN I COME FOR AN APPOINTMENT? - We offer appointments Tuesday - Saturday depending on what weddings we have. We can offer late night on Thursday evenings. Please get in touch to book.
